Bette joined Eastern AHEC in July 2024 as a Scorecard Improvement Consultant. Before joining Eastern AHEC, she worked for eight years in elementary education. Bette received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and her Master of Arts in Teaching from East Carolina University. She is a Certified Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) Professional.
